Beeswax burns significantly longer than paraffin or soy wax candles of the same size — often 2 to 5 times longer depending on the candle style. Our pillar and container candles are designed for extended burn times. Specific burn times vary by product.
Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use. On your first burn, allow the candle to burn for a minimum of 4 hours so the wax melts evenly to the edges — this prevents tunneling. Store candles away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve the wax.
